We reply to most messages within 1–3 business days. Please include your account email and the platform you are using (iPhone, iPad, Android, or web) so we can find your account.

Common Questions

I bought coins but don't see them.

Open the Coin Shop and tap Restore Purchases. Your transaction will be re-validated and any missing coins will be credited. If that doesn't work, wait a few minutes (purchases occasionally take time to post) and try again. If the problem persists, email us with the transaction date, your account email, and a screenshot of the Apple or Google receipt.

I want a refund.

iOS (App Store): Refunds for App Store purchases are issued by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request one.
Android (Google Play): Refunds are issued by Google Play. Visit Google Play Help or the Play Store app.
Web (Stripe): Email us and we can review your request directly.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, tap the account icon (top-right), scroll to the bottom of the Account menu, and tap Delete Account. This permanently deletes your profile, progress, coins, and gameplay history. You can also request deletion by email at the address above, or via our Delete Account page.

I can't sign in.

If you use email/password, tap Forgot Password on the sign-in screen to receive a reset link. If you signed up with Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google, use the same button you originally used to sign up. If you created an account with Apple's private relay email and lost access to the relay, contact us and include your display name.

The game is frozen or won't load.

Force-quit the app and reopen it. If the issue continues, check that you have a working internet connection and that you're running the latest version of the app. If you're still stuck, email us with your device model, OS version, and app version (shown at the bottom of the Account menu).

A word wasn't accepted.

Texas Hold'em - Word Edition uses a curated English word list derived from a standard Scrabble tournament dictionary. Very obscure, archaic, or dialectal words may not be included. If you think a valid word was wrongly rejected, email us the word and we'll review it for the next update.

I want to report a bug or give feedback.
