Texas Hold'em - Word Edition ("we", "our", "the app") is a proprietary word game developed by Locallee Development. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website at www.wordeditionpoker.com, our iOS application (available on the Apple App Store), and our Android application (available on Google Play).
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from Google. If you sign in with Apple, we receive a stable user identifier and, only if you choose to share them, your name and email (Apple may provide a private relay email address).
Game Data: We store gameplay statistics such as scores, games played, games won, coin balance, level progression, and leaderboard entries.
Purchase Data: If you make in-app purchases, we store transaction records (transaction ID, product ID, amount of virtual coins credited). Payment processing is handled securely by Apple In-App Purchase (iOS), Google Play Billing (Android), or Stripe (web). We never receive or store your payment card or billing details.
Device Information: We may collect basic device and browser information (device type, operating system, screen size) for analytics and to improve the app experience.
Cookies & Local Storage: We use browser local storage to save your preferences, game state, and session tokens. On the web, we use Google Analytics to understand how the app is used. We do not use Google Analytics inside the iOS or Android apps.
The Android app may display optional rewarded video ads through Google AdMob, and the website may display optional rewarded ads via Google's Ad Placement API. These ad networks may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve ads. You can opt out of personalized ads through your device or browser settings.
iOS: The iOS app does not display any advertisements and does not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA). Because we do not track iOS users across apps or websites, we do not present the App Tracking Transparency prompt on iOS.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and secure token-based authentication. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account, all game progress, and all associated data directly inside the app at any time: open the account menu and tap Delete Account. You may also request deletion by emailing us at the address below.
Texas Hold'em - Word Edition is not directed at children under 13. The game contains simulated poker-style betting with virtual coins and is rated for users 17 and older in the Apple App Store. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us or by using the in-app Delete Account option. If you are in the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to restrict processing. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to deletion.
The app may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
