By creating an account, accessing, or using Texas Hold'em - Word Edition, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and agree to comply with these Terms. The iOS version of Texas Hold'em - Word Edition is rated 17+ on the Apple App Store due to simulated poker-style betting; by downloading the iOS app you confirm you meet that rating. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Texas Hold'em - Word Edition is an online multiplayer word game that combines vocabulary skills with poker-style betting mechanics using virtual, in-game coins only. The Service includes the web application, the iOS application distributed via the Apple App Store, the Android application distributed via Google Play, and any future platforms on which the game is made available. Players can play solo against computer opponents, challenge friends in private rooms, or compete against other players online. Texas Hold'em - Word Edition does not offer real-money gambling, cash prizes, or any mechanism to redeem virtual coins for real money or items of monetary value.
You may create an account using an email address and password, by signing in with Google, or by signing in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Account menu → Delete Account). Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, progression, and gameplay history and cannot be undone.
You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent game rules, abuse promotions, or manipulate leaderboards. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Texas Hold'em - Word Edition uses virtual coins as in-game currency. These coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, redeemed, or cashed out for real money, goods, or services outside of the game. Virtual coins are non-transferable and non-refundable.
You may earn coins by playing the game or purchase additional coins through in-app purchases. All purchases are processed securely through Apple In-App Purchase (on iOS), Google Play Billing (on Android), or Stripe (on the web). Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may vary by region. Refund requests for mobile purchases are handled by the applicable store (Apple or Google) under their respective refund policies; we do not have the ability to issue refunds directly for store-processed transactions.
We reserve the right to modify, manage, regulate, or eliminate virtual coins at any time. We are not liable for any loss of virtual coins due to account termination, game updates, or service interruptions.

Player names and any other content you submit to the Service must comply with these Terms and our community standards. We reserve the right to remove any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these Terms.
The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, including but not limited to Apple (Sign in with Apple, App Store in-app purchases), Google (Sign in with Google, Google Play Billing, advertising), Stripe (web payments), and RevenueCat (purchase receipt validation). Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party service providers.
The web and Android versions of the Service may display optional advertisements provided by third-party ad networks, including Google AdSense (web) and Google AdMob (Android). By using those versions of the Service, you acknowledge that advertisements may be displayed. The iOS version of Texas Hold'em - Word Edition does not display advertisements.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Locallee Development and its developers, officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or virtual currency, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Locallee Development from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We may also update game rules, scoring, and mechanics as part of regular game development. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
